The solution will enable efficient, effective and enduring automated operational procedures, to allow Inchcape’s employees to spend more time to focus on customers.
The software solution will allow IT and process best practices to be applied globally across all its retail and distribution businesses in the 26 countries in which Inchcape operates, as the company implements its ‘strengthen and expand’ growth strategy.
It will also support Inchcape’s expansion strategy as it will enable the swift integration of newly acquired retail operations in developed and emerging markets. (Inchcape: October 19).
